Apologies, but due to lots of events happening on the week of 20-24 Mar we have decided to postpone by 1 week. Hope everyone can also make the 30th...
Many companies say they're "Agile" and many companies say they're running "Sprints", BUT is this really the case?
To start with we'll examine a company (no names mentioned) that was struggling to realise the benefits of Agile but swore they were running "Sprints". After examining what was happening before, during and after the "Sprint" realised they had totally missed the point of what a Sprint actually means.
We'll then open the discussion up to others to share their experiences with Sprint anti-patterns (such as Scrummerfall, Water-Scrum-Fall, N+1, etc) and then round off the discussion with getting the key ingredients and recipe for the best Sprint cycle.
This is a no-slide session - which means we'll be having our conversation on the whiteboard/wall (Agile style ;-)...
