We're in the perfect place for getting fit and staying healthy - all this lovely WA sunshine, the parks, incredible beaches, friendly people.

But still sometimes life just gets in the way - it's easy to put things off until tomorrow, find an excuse to not get out and just get on with it.

It's so much easier and more fun when you have someone to meet and keep you motivated.

FIT MUMS exercise classes with FREE childminder

Join our weekly FIT MUMS exercise classes including FREE on-site childminder! Body Rockers have a GREAT group of FIT MUMS who work out each week. We have fun exercising to music in the park and would love for you to be a part of it. Each 45-minute session incorporates exercises to aid in weight loss, toning, building muscle and improving overall fitness. We know how to shift unwanted baby weight and increase energy levels! Classes include boxing, circuit, and weight training as well as regular challenges. We provide onsite childminders so you can relax and enjoy your session with limited interruptions. Meet at Mullaloo Surf Life-Saving Club, carpark side

Join 8-10 regulars at Mullaloo Beach every Monday Evening. Lets get our bods into action! We walk on the beach, walk with the sunset, then return for the yummy $15 Curry, at Mullaloo Tavern, and live Music! We generally split to a fast group and a slower group, some walking on the beach, some on the path. We have been doing this for 5 years, so if no-one is signed up, don't worry, people will be there! Unless we choose to hang out we will be exercised, fed, and home by 7.30pm all ready for an evening of whatever delights us, or unavoidable admin ( in practice a few of us sometimes chat and laugh 'til the pub closes). You can bring the dawg if staying on the path, but not if staying for the Curry as there is really nowhere to tie the Dog, and its by a busy road. Meet by Mullaloo Surf life saving club, carpark side to the right of club as look at the beach on the low wall by the hydrant. We will walk until the group votes to turn around, then turn back. This walk gives the option of path, flat sand or beach sand walk.
