Presentation Description

Your vita got you the interview.  Like it or not your experience on that vita becomes history and not the focal point when you are in the interview with a great employer.  So, what do employers really want to know?  A-Players have a specific mind-set that successful companies seek.  Likewise, great employers know that the “typical Q & A” interview is not going to adequately vet top talent.  A great interview is a two-way conversation at a high level.  This interactive workshop will help give you the confidence and clarity to show up and conduct yourself as a top-talent candidate in an interview.

Sound a little risky to go against convention?  You bet!  That’s just one characteristic of top talent.

In this interactive workshop you’ll learn:

·  How employers determine if you’re top-talent

·  What motivates A-Players and what they expect from employers

·  What interview questions you should ask an employer

·  Different types of interviews

·  How Top-Talent prepares for an interview with a great employer

I hope everyone signed up on the attendance list. It's a vital part of the purposeful structured networking we do after the presentation and it saves time for EVERYONE that attends by not having to write your info down. You are assigned a number so everyone can record and follow up efficiently with referrals. We have a system! :-)
