PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION

What do you want? No, what do you really want? The truth is, we all want something. More money, less weight, more satisfaction, less stress - but where do we actually begin? Change and Disruption are current ‘buzzwords’ but how do we implement it successfully? This session is the first place to start, and 'micro-disruption' is the framework that will help you enjoy Major Success from Minor Changes.

SPEAKER BIO

Greg Offner Jr, ARM is a keynote speaker and disruptive leadership coach. Disruption has been a part of his life since he was very young. He attended 4 different schools before age 13 (private, parochial, public and then sent away to military school) – he worked 40 different jobs before age 30 – He has endured 12 major surgeries over the last 4 years to repair and restore the use of his voice – He has moved 14 times. Throughout all that he has built a successful career in sales (companies like Cutco, Cintas, Cintas Canada, Allianz, Health Advocate) and consulting; and also a "2nd life" as a professional musician - having played for audiences on 3 continents, in 9 countries, and 15 US States. Your members will take the skills, and the memory, of this keynote with them long after the event has ended. And, they'll use them every day thereafter.
