What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in calisthenics or bodyweight exercises. Calisthenics are a great way to gain strength and lose fat. Since you're using only your bodyweight, you also gain a better awareness and control of your body while putting less stress on your joints and tendons. If you're a fan of American Ninja Warrior or obstacle course races like Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, this is a great way to train for those types of events. This is meant to be an open and welcoming group for those of all skill levels to enjoy staying healthy and having fun together.

Fairmount Park

Come join us for our regular workout in West Fairmount Park. There are a couple pull up bars on the Schuylkill River Trail which runs alongside MLK Jr Drive. You can park in the parking lot across the street from the Bill Pickett Riding Academy and walk north up the trail a couple hundred feet to the bars.
