Marketing strategy must direct a sales infrastructure to deliver on the targeted goals (actionable metrics) of that strategy. This session will focus on a systematic approach focusing on sales skills and the most effective processes to improve business development efforts. While most sales training concentrates on technique or motivation, this approach balances methodology with behavioral assumptions to create a powerful combination buyers cannot resist. Attendees will use the presentation template to initiate and reinforce relevant sales activity that will ensure delivery toward corporate goals.
