HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a form of cardio that has been studied and used as a means for burning fat without stealing too many resources from your muscles.
The idea is this: perform a cardio exercise for a certain time interval, rest, and repeat. An example is 20 seconds "on" (cardio) followed by 10 seconds "off". Repeat 8 times for an effective 4-minute workout segment. Follow this with rest, then repeat with a new exercise.
Each HIIT Saturday will be a different variation of intervals and exercises. It will feel like a new workout each time and you will feel like a new you at the finish line!
