Lego Mindstorm v3

Sorry I missed the meeting tonight... last minute issue crept up that needed attention.

We've had the Lego Mindstorm for a number of years now and my kids enjoyed it a bit, but lost interest. They're sitting in boxes waiting for either of them to get interested again.

My son texted me from the Boy Scout Jamboree yesterday after playing with the new Mindstorm for a while. He's very excited and wants to get one. We didn't have time to talk about what was so interesting about it compared to the ones we already had, but apparently a lot of Scouts had a great time experimenting with it. Maybe this will get another big group of kids interested in robotics.

Let us know what's different about the new mindstorms kit.

Hope to see you at the next meetup.
