What we're about

This group is a spin-off of the NW Philadelphia Vegan Food Swap and is open only to members of the aforementioned swap who have actually attended and cooked, or by invitation. As cooks, we tend to stock our refrigerators and pantries with unique ingredients. In this swap, we create the condiments and specialty ingredients that augment the food we create, but aren't the food itself. (Examples: Cranberry catsup, beet-bacon bits, preserved lemons, rhubarb jam, Honeycrisp apple cider vinegar, homemade vegan cheese/butter, etc.)
