After the disastrous election, many women are feeling anguish, grief, despair and anger. And yet few women have a safe container in which they can express their pain without judgment or the message to "get over" them.
In these meetup meetings, we will express our emotions in a variety of ways while being witnessed and held in a container of compassion. The goal is NOT to "get over" them, but to be with what is real for us in the moment. Emotions have intrinsic wisdom when they are attended to and befriended. This is where true healing and transformation can happen.
I know you don't know me, and I have 8 years of training and almost 20 years in a private practice of helping women remove the layers of shit so they can recover their magnificence. I know how to create and maintain a safe container.
The meetings are free, although any donation would be appreciated.
I live in West Central Germantown, in the Tulpehocken Station Historic District. My house is easy to get to via the West or East Chestnut Hill regional rail lines, or buses #65 or #XH (both stop right outside my front door). There's also plenty of parking.
I have 4 cats (although the room where we will be is relatively cat free) and steps to climb.
Once you RSVP, I'll give you my street address.
