June Meetup Question

Hi all,

The FirstFriday meetup in May went well. Those who attended seemed to enjoy it fine. Now it's time to think about June. I have come up with four possibilities and I am trying to guage which would be best for our group.

First, there is the King Tut exhibit at the Franklin Institute. I have been trying to get more info about it but their server must be down or something as I have not been able to access it. I believe admission is $33.00 or in that general ballpark. I have never seen it and have some interest in attending.

Second, there is the Art Museum. Last time, we went on a Sunday which is always "pay what want". This would be good for members who have never been there. You'll never get to everything in one day so its smart to have a general idea of what you want to explore before you begin.

Third, there is the Apple Farm music and arts festival in Milville, NJ. This is more of a music event than an art event but always fun. There is an admission fee somewhere around $30.00 or so and its about a 45 minute travel from Center City.

Last, there is the trusy First Friday event which is free and is always a good time.

If you have interest in attending any of these events, drop me a reply saying which. I'll use the most popular choice as our June Meetup. If you know of another good idea, please let me know and I'll toss it into the mix.

Once I have an idea of where the majority of interest resides, I'll do more homework and provide all the additional info that might be needed (cost, directions, etc).
