What we're about

Phoenix Area USPHS Officers, let's work together in preparation for the APFT and get ready to meet our retention weight standards! We'll meet once per week locally to work not only on those exercises that we are required to perform, but also some that are a bit more fun. So let's, run, walk, crunch, plank, side bridge, sit-up, push-up, hike, and bike our way to retention and fitness!
