What we're about
This is a group for anyone who is interested in learning more about EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) so that you can practice it in your daily life. EFT is an amazing tool that helps release stress, decrease physical pain and to process events/situations that are still affecting you today. We can also engage in other modalities like Reiki, meditations, and using law of attraction exercises if you are interested in that as well. We would be meeting once/month through Zoom.
