What we're about

Welcome to Kundalini Yoga in the heart of Phoenix. These classes are open to all levels and all walks of life. We will be teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan who brought this ancient and secret technology from India to the West for everyone to have access to radiant health and happiness.

Donation based, all donations go to the non-profit temple across the street that provides free vegetarian meals for everyone every Friday evening and Sunday afternoon, free live music every evening, and these yoga classes for the community.

Kundalini Yoga Class with Shiva Shakti

This beginner friendly introduction to kundalini yoga will also be very beneficial to experienced yogis and yoginis. You can bring your yoga mat but it is not required, our carpet floor is comfortable for yoga. We also provide some yoga mats and blankets if you do not have. All you need to bring is your full self, along with a bottle of water. You can bring a friend too! I make tea or a special treat right before class to enjoy after class. Bring a cash donation for the temple, and optional snack to share if you wish. Thank you.

Kundalini Yoga with Adi Singh

Needs a location

Start your Sunday mornings with yoga to exercise your body, ease your mind and lift your spirit. Adi Singh has been teaching every Sunday for many years, and he was alive to know Yogi Bhajan who brought these teachings to the West in the 60s/70s. As usual wear clothing that is comfortable for yoga and bring water to stay hydrated. Donations are welcome and appreciated.
