Changes That Heal: for ALL your relationships

Open to ALL adults. About 20 or so people attend weekly; many come from other groups and most don't rsvp.

Would you like to improve all of your relationships? Do you know what "healthy" boundaries are? Do you or a loved one struggle with any emotional or relational problems, like depression, guilt, sadness, loneliness, resentment, rage, etc., etc., etc.??? If your answer is "I don't know" or "Yes", this CHANGES THAT HEAL study, by Dr. Henry Cloud, is for you! The videos are entertaining, as well as informative. The discussion afterward is really valuable.

Learn the three elements necesssary for growth/change and the four characteristics of God we all need to mature in ourselves. Gain understanding about why people treat you a certain way. Learn the changes that can heal your heart and improve your relationships.

This WEEKLY study is sponsored within the Divorce Recovery Group, where people find help and healing for the pain of losing a significant relationship. That may be divorce, separation or never-married. Christian or non-christian; the pain is all the same. Our Divorce Recovery Group is a friendly, caring group of people, who will walk alongside you, through one of life’s most difficult experiences. We can help. Our group is safe, confidential and supportive. When you feel the LEAST like attending, THAT is when you need to be there the MOST! You WILL feel better for having made it to class.

At 4:30 pm, there is a reasonably priced snack bar/buffet available, downstairs.
The video starts at 6:30 pm and class ends at 8:00 pm. Come to as many sessions as you can. Come early, if possible. Do NOT let missing some classes or being late keep you from coming to the group.

To arrange for free childcare, CALL the church office at 6o2-7o7-5757. For all other questions/concerns, please contact Jenny Lou at [masked] or 6o2*561*7373 (NO TEXTS).

We are upstairs, in room 202 of the Family Life Center, which is in the SE corner of the campus and has multiple double-glass doors. Enter from the parking lot from Montebello, which is on the south side of the campus (Bethany Home Rd is on the north).
