Very interesting on many levels. Impossible to not be touched by the fact every flag represents a life cut short and to see people clearly very emotional about the day and what it represents.

Very emotional photo walk , loved the audio background music and sound bits from the 9/11 news coverage and interviews

The Healing Flag Field is a very affecting place. I appreciated the PAC had a photowalk at the site. It is easy to lose touch over time with these horrible acts and the real people who lost their lives just going about their daily life. The field of flags is a heartening memorial and a special opportunity to use photography to capture a glimpse of that the memories of those lost lives on.

Nick, I went this morning for the sunrise memorial. Wonderful. Yet there are no "boots" on Boot Hill; rumor is they are lost...might swing by after a previous commitment...will be late unless too exhausted. :) Have fun!

Let me know if you'd like to car pool out to this, I can promise far less drama and stress on this trip then you have recently encountered ;)

Bob, work gets in the way of life, doesn't it! Especially our photography life. Hopefully next time.
