Sunset at the Naples Pier is a world famous shot, and for good reason. The sun hangs as a huge ball on the horizon, with the Pier in the foreground. There are usually a ton of people on the pier viewing the sunset, but the best shot is from the beach. Sunset is at 6:29PM, and the afterglow will last until complete darkness at 7:46. Meanwhile, we will have a tiny little crescent of a moon crossing the sky at about the same location as the sunset, with moonset at 8:09 PM.
