Are you looking to strengthen your core, mobilise your spine and improve your posture? Or do you need to recover from injury and ease your everyday aches and pains? Mat Pilates might be the answer for you!

Increase your mind-body connection as we use the breath and controlled movements to condition the deep supporting muscles of the body. Align your spine and improve your balance and coordination as we work through a series of exercises at each session.

These sessions take take place at relaxed, friendly venues, are suitable for all levels of fitness and are beginner friendly.
