I am creating the group for people interested in Pilates Mat!
I will try to offer Pilates-based workouts that we can do at home when the city gyms and studios are still closed.
My classes are mainly about finding and activating the correct muscles, core stabilization, and mind and body connection. I am not about sweating and burning calories - that is not my point. However, Pilates, if done correctly, is not easy at all, and offers a full body workout. Precision and understanding are the key that will help us improve our posture and make us feel better. For active people, that means preventing injuries and improve performance and technique - myself I am a dancer :)
