What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in increasing their strength and tone with pilates. The session will last one hour and is led by Rebecca who is a physiotherapist of 16 years and pilates teacher. The session is held on the east coast on the grass so with the backdrop of the water. All people require to bring is a mat each. Resistance bands will be provided.
Suitable for all levels.
