This is a Beautiful, totally inspiring space to workout. Free Parking! Meet up on the Right between High & Dry Grill, the Kayaks and the Second Bridge. Just Look for the Transform Nation Jeep! Bring water, towel and a light set of weights (3-10 lb.). We will warm up then perform a series of exercises to work your entire body finished by a cool down and stretch. Workout is approximately 50 minutes long. Guys and Girls of all ages over 18 are invited! There is no fee.
