What we're about

This group aims to get people of all levels of fitness and running experience, outdoors. We hold two weekly runs including one weekend run and one mid-week run. Come to one or both. Run, walk or run and walk with your neighbors. This is a no-pressure group. You run at your own pace and distance with others for motivation.
