This group is for anyone interested in learning boxing/kickboxing. Meet ups will focus both on getting a good cardio workout as well as learning striking technique. No previous training required. This is geared more towards beginners but everyone improves by practicing the fundamentals.
Classes are hour long and only $5 just to help cover meet up subscription. One thing I do ask is that we are slightly flexible with scheduling. I can mostly only have this on Saturday and Sunday mornings at Johnson park in Piscataway, between 8-10am Saturday and 8-10am Sunday. My experience with this is that I'm an amateur fighter competing in both mma and kickboxing and I want to get better myself but also get better at teaching striking. Gloves and hand wraps are suggested.
