Let's do something different for the holidays...
Instead of our usual Saturday conversation group, let's see the Argentinian film "Relatos Salvajes (Wild Tales)" at the Lawrenceville Library. We'll show a version with English subtitles, so speakers at any level of Spanish can enjoy. Feel free to stay after to discuss.
"Relatos Salvajes (Wild Tales)", a comedy/drama composed of six separate stories, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 2014. Critical reception was universally positive. You can read more about the film here:
We'll start the movie shortly after 2 pm. Bottled drinks only, please, so we can keep the library space clean.
PARKING: Next door at the Stephen Foster Community Center. Parking is FREE. Entrance is on Fisk Street, next to the library.
Parking on Fisk Street is 1 hr only without permit, thus is NOT advised. There is non-permit parking close to Penn Ave and on Penn Ave itself. Please check the signs to be sure you're in a non-permit area.
