The Declaration of Independence guarantees “Life, Liberty...” but why only the “pursuit” of Happiness? For Mastermind Group, Holistic Health Coach Sandy Campbell will present an abbreviated version of her 3-part workshop series, “Living a Deliberate and Optimal Life,” which will explore the science behind happiness, the barriers to experiencing more joy, and specific strategies to raising positive emotions at work and home, in order to live a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

Sandy Campbell is a “Back to Basics” Holistic Health Counselor, holding an M.S. in Counseling from Villanova University, a degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, her 200 hour yoga teacher training, and a year long certification in Positive Psychology. After working for over 10 years for a major pharmaceutical company, Sandy decided to step out of the corporate world and focus on improving her health and quality of life. Sandy ’s passion evolved into helping others meet their full potential through small but largely impactful dietary and lifestyle shifts. She works with clients in person and remotely on a one-to-one basis, as well as in group formats on nutrition and stress management topics. Sandy leads corporate wellness talks for such businesses as the Federal Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, and Mylan. She remains a consultant for Ring Brothers Mar-ketplace in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she enjoyed creating the recipes for their highly successful juice bar. Sandy also runs online group pro-grams, including the 11 Day Pure Energy Program, a clean eating “boot camp,” on a seasonal basis. You can find Sandy at or, or on Facebook at Sandy Campbell Wellness.
