A successful business owner needs to be persuasive - not only in person but through the content you put out there about your business. That content should connect with your audience, influence in a way that's not insincere or gimmicky, and seamlessly build the know, like, and trust factors. I'll share insights on how to do that, from the words to use to the psychology behind them.
