You should join this meet up if you suffering from acute or chronic pain, anxiety, or depression, over or under indulge in food or just seeking wellness strategies. Tai Chi Chuan can improve your health by benefiting your cardiovascular, respiratory, brain and neurological health and wellness. We meet in the parking lot of Tri City Park at 6:50 am and take a short walk to connect with earth. Then we will stop to do Tai Chi to connect with Heaven and Earth in a sequence of slow meditative movements. I am Master Akee. I will teach and guide you, no experience is necessary. Come and learn how to take control your physical and mental health.
