Let's Get Cooking - Flavored Balsamic Vinegars From The Olive Tap

The next educational Meet Up will focus on the demonstration of the wonderful use of balsamic vinegars in recipes that will delight your senses and be heart healthy.

Dr. Esselstyn has sent his patients to The Olive Tap for years for these balsamics and we are fortunate that The Olive Tap is local to Chicago.

Mr. Rich Petrocelli, Owner of The Olive Tap, and Chef as well, has graciously offered to do a demo for us. This one is not to be missed!

    I really enjoyed the informational meeting with Rich and all the balsamic vinegars. A little bit goes a long way and it really adds a zing to any food. I can't wait to buy the cocoa creme to add on to fruit. Don- thanks so much for bringing your delicious assortment of sprouted salads.

    Another information packed and fun evening learning the ins and outs of using the many flavors of balsamic vinegars. Mr. Petrocelly from The Olive Tap was not only educational but entertaining.     Excellent meeting. Rich Petrocelly was fabulous in his explanation of the Balsamic Vinegars. Having tasted The Olive Tap BVs, I don't think that I can try anything else from now on. It was "A Serious Explosion of our Senses".
