I'm interested in learning more about the plant-based diet and how to incorporate more vegetables into my lifestyle. Would surely be interested in demos and no-oil recipes. I would also like to share my experiences and the details from my research thus far.
Started my journey to plant-based diet in January 2011. Gave up meats in January, eggs in February and dairy in March. Been on a plant-based diet since April 1, 2011. Have noticed amazing changes in my health and my life.
This was an awesome event organized by the ever-awesome Carol with a super-awesome Amanda. The recipes are simple and quick. I plan to use them on a regular basis. Thank you very much for organizing this event, Carol. And, it was great to see the usual and some new friends.
