Trying to live a healthier lifestyle and have gone plant based or trying to. Life is busy and I still have a large learning curve but striving for 95-100% plant based lifestyle. This lifestyle is not vegan, it is not vegetarian it is total plant based, non processed, no oil foods. This lifestyle requires cooking, planning and batch cooking as needed. The idea right now is to share recipes that you have tried and really like. Please make sure you put the source of the recipe to give proper credit to whoever authored the recipe. This will be a private group, however you must put a picture of your smiling face when asking to be approved and answer some questions. All of the steps must be completed or you will not be approved.
