Shalu Tyagi manages the Business Excellence Team at InterGlobe Technologies(IGT). She has 11+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and has worked in leading firms like Bharti Telecom, HCL Technologies etc. prior to joining IGT. A certified Scrum Master and Six Sigma Green Belt, Shalu is a member of the Scrum Alliance community and a regular contributor. She has also represented IGT for acquiring external certifications like CMMi, PCMM, TMMi, ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402 assessment.
