What we're about

Polar Bear has been going since 2012 and has been running on Facebook since 2013 and have just now (2018) joined Meetup. We play on weekends from Nov-Mar. As of summer 2019, we now also offer Friday Night Lights played from May thru Sept from 6pm to 10:30pm under the lights. 3'-6' Lob, 46' mound, 65' bases , no leading (leave base on contact)& CoEd!!! Generally we play triple headers (min), 5 innings (so that those waiting aren't waiting too long) with a 1-1 count. Women here are treated as equals and play by the same rules as the men. The first 22 that check in will play in game 1 while the next 11 play the winner in game 2. Upon arrival check in with Spider to pay your fee of $5 per person to cover the cost of new Clinchers and field permits. *Active participating members will also qualify for indoor tournaments.* Just because your groups are done for the year doesn't mean softball is done. Real ballers play winter ball. If you build it, they will come.
