What we're about

If you struggle with stress or anxiety this Support Group may be for you. When you sit in a circle of folks who struggle with nervousness and worries you immediately begin to heal because you feel that others understand, relate. In addition to talking, connecting and sharing - which on its own reduces stress, you will learn and practice relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and a bit of meditation all of which are scientifically shown to reduce stress. Join us and begin to feel better!
