What we're about
I'm seeking students all over the city who are interested in learning how to breathe and relax. Tai Chi is an excellent complement to any intensive exercise - boxing, bootcamps, paleo workouts, what have you - and it is an incredibly effective tool for achieving wellness all by itself. Proper posture, fluidity of movement, breathing, and relaxation reduce stress, promote circulation, and improve overall body function. Tai Chi will also make you a better runner, a better fighter, a better dancer, a better athlete. And if you are recovering from an injury, Tai Chi can help you get back on track more quickly by improving strength, stability, and balance.
No previous experience is required. All skill levels are welcome. Meetups will be set up in parks around the city.
