Barbara (52) has practiced a variety of yoga forms her entire life with occasional large intervals. As a result, her classes are also suitable for those whonot done anything with their bodies for a time. In 2009/10 she has done a Teacher Training at Svaha Yoga, Vinyasa form. She also gets inspiration from other forms of yoga that she followed.
