Every Friday, Beginner Vinyasa Soul Yoga is a mindful flow focusing on the breath, helping you become aware of how the body and mind connect in this practice and life. This slower paced class will help give you the patience to be just where you are through self love. Self love is not selfish but necessary for healing any stress, anxiety, depression or illness you may struggle with connecting mind, body and soul.
