In this six week workshop style meetup we will be building community and exploring ayurvedic lifestyle routines. Ayurveda (a sister science of yoga) is the worlds oldest health system and its wisdom is rooted in the elements and qualities of nature.
In ayurveda, the five elements of nature; ether, air, fire, water and earth are considered when determining the state of ones health. Ayurveda recognizes that each human being has their own individual constitution which comprises of a unique makeup of these five elements. Come explore your own constitutional makeup and learn how to bring your body back into balance in a harmonious and interactive way.
The workshops will take place weekly for a duration of six consecutive weeks. Each workshop will include a sense therapy through food, touch (self-massage), aromatherapy, color therapy, music therapy, and healthy lifestyle routines. These workshops will empower you to nourish your body and provide you with time tested tools to add to your wellness regime.
