After a prolonged plague-prompted pause, Portland Books and Beer is back. All the usual faces prevail in our brick-studded haunt of Novare Res, whose dim lighting and sticky floors suit well our squawking about dead scribes and their living inferiors. All opinions, unless defended violently, are welcome.
For each meeting I'll assign a reading (usually a work of short fiction), which you are free to read or not to read. I don't believe in homework.
