Discover how ChiRunning® can help you learn to run with greater ease and less risk of injury. Master ChiRunning® Instructor Alice Peters Diffely of Ease of Motion, Inc. will offer a brief overview of the technique, a preliminary critique of participants' running form, and some initial tips to help you on your way to improved running form. We'll run short distances at a relaxed pace at a local track or park. Anyone from new runners to accomplished endurance athletes will benefit. Individuals who are experienced with the ChiRunning® technique are also welcome to attend to refresh their skills.
