But how does one transform a huge legacy organization like HP into the nimble, customer-centered enterprise required to compete in today's business and retail climate? How exactly does one wrestle a company of tens of thousands out of a 20th-centure mindset into a design-led one?
Join us in the swank 16th-floor offices of SurveyMonkey on March 27, when Jana will share her HCD journey from Multnomah County government , and hear how she's scaling HCD across a global enterprise. If you've wondered how you, too, can create a more innovative workforce, this event is for you. Prepare to get hands-on, as well, as we'll collectively use HCD methods to cook up innovative new ideas for Jana and HP.
We'll have beer, wine and light food on hand for casual networking from 6pm until the start of Jana's talk at 6:30, then again following a short Q&A from 7:30-8pm.
And as always, we'll give away a few door prizes courtesy of our sponsor LUMA Institute, building design thinking capability in the service of innovation, at scale, for enterprises across the globe.
