Living A Life You Love, Mindfully, means you take responsibility for all areas of your life. It means that when you get to know yourself, you can turn your life around and manifest a life that is aligned with who you are, no matter what challenges you are facing. Mindful Living is a NEW way of interacting with life, free from old beliefs and limiting thoughts. It is about a shift in perception that puts an emphasis on Being present, moment by moment, beyond the fearful thoughts and worries that are created by the overthinking mind from your true essence, the manifestation of a blissful life happens. You will feel a deep sense of belonging and connection with the world and the people around you. The result of life coaching will be a transformative journey of self-discovery and living a fulfilling life with passion.
As a Mentor for Mindful Living, I am pleased to facilitate this group. Each meeting will start with a short lecture, discussion, and brief centering to leave you feeling energized. This group is a collective of inspired people who like to meet other inspired people and become ready for this unique transformational journey.
We are meeting once a month from 7:15 to 8:45pm:
