4-Night Backpack 'round South Sister

A buddy and I and my adorable 30-lb. dog are planning on backpacking around the Three Sisters area Friday, August 31 through Tuesday, Sept 4 (includes driving - extended labor day weekend). We're planning to circumnavigate South Sister. This will be about 32 miles total. If you do the math, that's only 6.5 miles per day on average which is not super far. We may climb Middle or South Sister as an optional side trip.

We'd love to have some good company - wanna come? If so, when you sign up online, there will be a question asking for your phone number - please fill it out, because I'll want to set up a quick meeting in the next few days!

Extra information:

*An additional dog or two would be welcome.

*We'll split gas costs & any shared food/fuel costs.

*Feel free to give me a call with any questions/etc. I'll give you my number once you sign up (Meetup doesn't allow me to post it here, which I suppose is probably wise).

*We'll meet at my house; I'll tell you where that is when we talk on the phone.

*I'm limiting it to four just because I'd rather only deal with one car. If your car can take five people, one dog, and everyone's gear, feel free to sign up with your two buddies!

*One segment (~5 miles threading between Middle and South Sister) is not official trail but it seems to be quite well-traveled, so I suspect there's a boot trail. It also looks freaking spectacular so it'll be worth the more difficult going:

Hi everyone, sorry about demanding you call me at a phone number that Meetup didn't display when I first posted this trip! Let me know if anything else isn't working/is unclear/etc.
