Last month's Gag Show was so fabulous, I thought we should see what's in store for us this time around!
We, the PDX Comedy Fans, have been personally invited by the show's Producers and Co-Hosts, Saturn and Whitney Streed to attend the August installment of Gag. We were also thanked profusely for our participation last month by all the performers, including Comic Christen Manville, who said, and I quote, "Truly my favorite crowd, I think in large part due to your group being there." In that same thread, Whitney Streed added, "I agree with Christen -- i think y'all really helped make the show. so glad you had a great time!!" Yay, Group!

~The Second Thrilling Installment of “GAG: A Drag/Comedy Showcase” Returns to Red Cap Garage on Friday August 3!~
After a smash hit first show, drag queen extraordinaire SATURN and comedian irregulaire WHITNEY STREED are excited to announce next month's hilarious line-up for GAG: A DRAG/COMEDY SHOWCASE. On FRIDAY, AUGUST 3 at RED CAP GARAGE and every first Friday, the monthly show will feature some of the funniest drag acts and best comedians in Portland and beyond.
This month the show features the absolutely thrilling Anthony Hudson as CARLA ROSSI,who has been part of the WERQ Festival and the upcoming Dance+ at Conduit, and the hilarious ASIA HO JACKSON, a performer on stages in both Portland and LA.
It will also include the stand-up comedy of TYNAN DELONG, who has been finalist for Portland's Funniest Person Finalist 2011; BELINDA CARROL, who was just recently seen performing at EDEN San Francisco Pride; VERONICA HEATH, a Bridgetown alum and local favorite; and MANUEL HALL, a seasoned comedy performer and director at the Brody Theater.
~RED CAP GARAGE is located at 1035 Southwest Stark St. Admission is FREE and 21+. Show starts at 9:30, doors at 9pm, good times last throughout the night!~
