NVC Practice Group

Learning/Growth/Efficiency/Fun/Competence - get some NVC skills practice! We will play games and collaborate on exercises to practice Empathy in an experiential way, while being present and genuine with our emotions and expression. We'll also practice skills for effectively navigating conflict and connection with our fellow humans! A $10 to $20 donation is requested, though no one is turned away. :-)
