How to meetup for the Japanese Garden - this event will require some effort on your part to organize yourself and others from the meetup group.  Please follow these steps:

RSVP that you are interested in going.  Please only RSVP if you are actually planning to go.  If you are just thinking about it, DO NOT RSVP.  Information that you may or may not show up is worthless.

Add a comment in the comment section on the event page giving your suggested time of arriving and a suggested meeting place.  If you are going to be waiting in a place where there are a lot of people, like on the stairs in front of the museum, try to give some detail that will identify you, like you will be wearing a red hat, something unique.

Check the meetup page regularly to see if other people have also indicated they want to go and make an effort to contact these other people.

Use the links on Meetup to message other interested people an organize a time and place to meet.  Share your cell phone number in a private message.
