Want to make improvements to your yard or garden so that it's more of an enjoyable and productive space? In this workshop, we will learn low-cost solutions for improved aesthetics, functionality, productivity and ecological benefit.
We spend the morning focusing on building skills and understanding about the kinds of improvements you an make and how they could function more seamlessly together. While most common interests are related to food production, we will take a wider look at how improvements to other home and yard features can support your primary interests and generate even greater overall benefit and savings.
We have a 1-hour break for lunch (don't forget to bring one) and then after an inspiring site tour of the site's garden, food forest, water, energy and building features, we spend the remainder of the day considering design elements and influences for our own specific sites.
Bring an address or a Google photograph of your site, and leave with a permaculture yard design draft and clear next steps.
