Singles weather crystal ball has never been very accurate, but it probably will be cold and rainy in early March. With that in mind, what would be better than slurping homemade soups and stews? You choose the ingredients but upon arrival the concoction will be labeled so others can decide whether to sample it or copy the recipe. For those who don’t excel in the culinary arts, you can substitute one of the following: store-bought bread, fruit or vegetable salad, desert, plus a drink.
The Amenities Room has a full kitchen with oven (no stove) and microwave, a great open space to sit or mingle and a beautiful outdoor garden area. If the weather is warm we can enjoy an after-dinner coffee in the outdoor area or watch a movie on the big screen TV.
Just a simple caveat—please don’t sign up for this event unless you’re sure you can attend.
