Join us for an hour long yin class accompanied by live ambient music played by Judy Parker. Time before and after for getting to know each other.
Yin is a long, slow, deep practice that works on lengthening the body's connective tissues, focusing on the hips, spine and pelvis. Poses are held from 3-7 minutes, making it a restorative and meditative practice.
