Ah ha!  So you are the reason I checked that book out at the library!  LOL!  I couldn't remember where I had heard about it.

Tribes can do amazing things, like create a new way of writing Arabic for the web, or ignoring race, class, and social status in a Taekwondo Do-Jan where the only sign of distinction is the color of your belt.

Think about the group you lead, your goals, your leadership style. Read what other leaders and followers think. May all your groups, your tribes, get stronger.
