Hi, i've been exploring Paleo for about a year now and absolutely love the results I have had from it. I'm very active/athletic and conscious about what I put into my body. I experimented with raw food for a bit, but found myself with low energy and always hungry. One day I decided to have a few bites of steak and had amazing energy the next day. Something clicked and I realized my my body needs animal protien (I believe in bioindividuality). I researched the Paleo diet and after trying it for a couple of weeks I was hooked! I love the way it makes me look, feel and perform. My energy levels are stable, I feel satisfied when I eat, and I have gained muscle that I lost when dabbling in raw (although I doo still include a ton af raw fruits and veggies in my diet). I recently moved back to Portland from California. Right now I am an avid Bikram yogi and swimmer. I also playt volleyball, softball, and sometimes do circut training.
I'm very passionate abotu health and wellness and being active. I am currently pracicing Bikram yoga and swimming!
